· Upfront Cash Back Rewards equal to .5% of the loan amount (eg $250,000 loan = $1250 cash back on settlement), or

Term and conditions:
1. Retail lenders are defined as the generally recognised lenders such as the banks and credit unions and only applies to the lenders we are accredited with. Lowest price and fees quoted means the lowest advertised rates available to the public and does not include loans that are only available to a limited number of people.
2. Upfront cash rewards are paid approx 1 month after settlement. If the loan is paid out within 18 months the upfront rewards may need to be repaid.
3. Ongoing rewards are paid based on the ongoing loan balance of the loan. Ongoing Cash Back Rewards are paid on a monthly basis.
