As an Advantage Finance Loan Consultant / BDM you will:
- Receive an annual salary of $32,000 plus easily achievable bonuses.
- OTE $83,000 (includes annual retainer plus bonuses based on minimum KPI)
- Receive client enquiries from a geographic territory.
- You will have access to an award winning product range plus all the usual retail lenders.
- Benefit from group marketing plus receive substantial incentives to do your own local area marketing.
- You are also rewarded for generating your own borrower enquiries. Up to 100% commission paid for your self generated enquiries.
- Secondary employment / Your own business is permitted providing it is disclosed and not a direct conflict of interests.
Desirable qualities:
- 2 years experience in home loan lending
- AMC status with the MIAA or similar, and
- A range of current accreditations with retail lenders or wholesale funders

Independent Brokers and Referral Partners
Advantage Finance obtains its wholesale mortgage funding via Hallmark Mortgage Management. Hallmark Mortgage Management acts as a co-operative for smaller sized independant brokers to obtain access to wholesale funding at rates normally only available to large size mortgage managers.
- Non Exclusive and No Minimum Volumes. You can choose which wholesale funders or retail lenders you wish to become accredited with.
- 100% commission paid on upfront and trail income on both Wholesale and RETAIL loans. Commission payment can be paid on full approval.
- Provide your customers with a better rate and at the same time earn higher commissions.
- We allow you to choose your own commission rates up to 1.8% upfront commission plus trail.
Hallmark Mortgage Management can also provide assistance to establish the finance arm of an accounting, real estate, financial planning or conveyancing practice.
